Default Cultist's Fervor and Masochism

Well, when you combine Cultist's Fervor and Masochism, you can cast:

5 Energy skills for +3 Energy,
10 Energy skills for 0 Energy,
15 Energy skills for 5 Energy,
and 25 Energy skills for 15 energy

Could this be used and abused? Granted, the health sac is nothing short of phenominal, but I imagine a Healparty Spammer would be neat. Skills like Shield Guardian become a really nice area heal since you are casting them for free. Could this work with lower HP?

i've been thinking about the same, but 15% health loss is a lot, especially since you can barely use skills from other proffesions due to the approx. 12/8 blood/sr investment you need to make.
Also, this makes the ammount of skills you can use very small due to the large number of sac spells in the blood line, because even the strongest casts like vamp gaze only give like 60hp. Which with the 15% sac would mean your max hp cannot be higher then 400 and in that case not a single spell is a self-heal. 400hp that isnt a farm build, without any heal, is imo suicide for a low-armor necro that regulary sacs health.

so in short.. no i dont think this could work.

It could work if Cultist's Fervor had been where it belonged, in Soul Reaping.

It could also work if Cultist's Fervor hadn't been so weak duration it can't even be kept up constantly at 16 Blood with a +20 Enchantment.

In short, this skill is underpowered, misplaced and could use a boost.
